I'm going to have to look at it and see if it's the same way I do it or not. And on #19, my rule is typically two or three, depending on the situation.

Medeia, I definitely agree about cursive. I've read that many schools are beginning to get rid of it, and I can't believe it. It takes me forever to print these days. My son is six and keeps talking about wanting to learn to write cursive. (Bet he won't be quite as excited once it begins, but it's cute right now).

Len, I hear you!

Ruth, I definitely can't remember the last time I wasn't at least a little bit tired. And I'm a big boredom eater.

Theresa, I know the day will come when my kids are complaining about it, so I'm starting to store up arguments now. Haha!Shannon Lawrencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00934641808195675935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7646134662936278718.post-84167199121283599072011-11-27T06:21:09.719-07:002011-11-27T06:21:09.719-07:00I never know what to say when my own kids and stud...I never know what to say when my own kids and students complain about learning cursive.

It's so true about #19.

Funny list!

I hope you had a good Thanksgiving weekend.Theresa Milsteinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03477761307315565259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7646134662936278718.post-44925384034317934012011-11-26T08:42:59.660-07:002011-11-26T08:42:59.660-07:00This is a great list! I remember my own mum nagging me and my sister to go have an afternoon nap in the weekends and I really really didn't like it. Most of my students don't know it or don't use it, when it would help them greatly with speed on writing tests.

That was a fun list.

Have a great holiday weekend, Shannon.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7646134662936278718.post-62281999488963110102011-11-24T02:04:08.405-07:002011-11-24T02:04:08.405-07:00Hi Shannon, thanks for entering my giveaway! The worse part of an argument is when you realise you're wrong but you're still trying to argue to cover up that fact.

4. DEFINITELY need a sarcasm font!

5. Here is a method to fold it (by a man, no less!), though I can never seem to replicate it successfully: http://youtu.be/YHTyH2nuFAw

19.
