It's that time of year. I'm currently chewing through M.R. Carey's The Girl With All the Gifts, which is cute to me, but likely disturbing to gentler readers.<br /><br />Horror Shorts are blessings because the good ones are so efficient and memorable, while the bad can so easily be skipped over.
